Schedule

• 11 AM marchers meet at McSpadden Park

• 12 PM  leave McSpadden Park to begin the March
  the Festival at Grandview Park opens

• 12:30PM the march arrives at Grandview Park

• 5 PM: festival and performances end

We’ll begin in McSpadden Park with some pre-March festivities:

• contribute to our annual Vancouver Dyke March banner

• join a Queer Bachata dance lesson

• meet our Grand Marshalls and the values-aligned organizations we have invited to our Community Section

• decorate the banners and signs that will be displayed off our Accessibility vehicle

Then, the March will leave McSpadden Park and we’ll make our way down Commercial Drive to end at the Festival at Grandview Park.

Activities at the Festival

• 55+ Community organizations, artisans, and local businesses

• Land Welcome, Grand Marshal speeches & performances

• Food trucks

• VDM merch

• Kids activity tent

• Low stim tent

• Distro Disco donation drive 

• Our Community Bikes pop-up bike tuning

• Britannia 55+ cooling centre with arts & healing space and QUIRK-E readingative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
